Support in case of Mental Health Issues
Sometimes life can feel hard to cope with. If psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, compulsions, or other psychoses are a daily issue in your life, we can support you. Perhaps you have experienced trauma in your life, a difficult crisis or even a stay in a psychiatric ward or hospital and are finding it hard to deal with these burdens alone.
We are on call to help you, to simplify your problems and increase your quality of life.
The First Meeting
First step, we invite you to a meeting to discuss how best to help you find the support you need.
Then you have the opportunity either to attend sessions or we can help you find a psychotherapist who is experienced in dealing with LGBTI clients.
Individual And Group Meetings
The individual meetings as well as group meetings for people who have experience with the psychiatric system, offer the opportunity to search for solutions while making new contacts and being open to new suggestions.
We help with finding answers to your questions and solutions to your problems rather than giving a psychiatric diagnosis. Our main objective is simply to make your life easier.
An overview of our group sessions
is available on pp. 34/35.
As further help, we also offer assisted living, therapeutic flatshares and a day centre.
